LG series screw air compressor adopts the design idea of “large rotor, large bearing and low speed”. Its speed is 30-50% lower than other brands of compressors. It can reduce the noise, vibration and discharge temperature, enhance rotor rigidity, extends the service life, and also can reduce the sensibility to the impurities and oil carbon compounds.
The power range is within 4-355KW, where compressors with the power of 18.5-250KW are directly connected without gearbox, and the compressors with the power of 200KW and 250KW are 4-pole motor directly connected. And the rotate speed is lower to be 1480r/min.
Meet and even exceed the requirement of national standard of GB19153-2003 Volumetric Air Compressor Energy Efficiency Limit Value.
LG series screw air compressor has the following characteristics:
1. Adopt SKK brand, etc. of screw compressor main engine
Special rotor tooth profile provides each model of head with excellent performance
Firm axial and radial bearing
Use triple oil seal to eliminate the leakage problem
Through precisely hardened antifriction bearing with O sealing ring, with high maintainability
2. Humanized human machine interface display control system
Convenient and easy operation
Once the abnormal factor exists, hint for maintenance or repair
Reserved with standby output interface, and achieve multi-set interlocking control and remote diagnosis control
3. Imported microcomputer controller has strong fault diagnosis and protection function
Default phase protection: Any one phase or two phases of three-phase supply is disconnected, the power supply will be cut off automatically
Phase order protection: When phase order of three-phase supply is incorrect, it cannot be started
Overtemperature protection: If the discharge temperature exceeds the set value, the power supply will be cut off automatically
Unloaded protection: After operating unloaded for several minutes, it will automatically be stopped. And it will start up for operation when the air is required.
Automatic unloading: Firstly unload and then stop the machine, so as to avoid that the heavy vehicle is started
Air discharge quantity regulation: Automatically adjust the air discharge quantity and save the energy consumption
4. Low-consumption and high-efficiency motor
The starting torque is large
The insulation grade is Grade F and the protection grade is IP54
SKF bearing with low noise and long service life
Equipped with refueling device and refueling can be conducted under non-stop circumstance
5. Complete set of imported air quantity regulation system
Direct proportion valve and inverse proportion valve will make the feedback of pressure signal 100% to the servo cylinder and inlet control valve.
The inlet control valve implements 0-100% non-polar regulation for the air discharge, making the air demand and air consumption consistent and keep good energy-saving effect.
The temperature control valve is used for setting the opening and closing temperature and automatically adjusting the temperature of lubricating oil, making the viscosity of lubricating oil in the optimal condition, so as to ensure that the discharge temperature is higher than the temperature at pressure dew point, and the replacement period of lubricating oil is extended.
The minimum pressure valve is used for maintaining the injection pressure required by the body lubrication, reducing air velocity of oil-air separator, making the effect of oil-air separation in the optimal condition. And it has the function of check valve
6. Imported filter system
High-efficiency oil-air separator makes the oil content in the air discharge less than 3PPM
High-efficiency engine oil filter used for filtering the impurities in the lubricating oil, so as to provide head rotor and bearing with clean lubricating oil
High-efficiency air filter is used for filtering the dust and impurities in the suction air, so as to prevent the head rotor and bearing from being damaged.
It is equipped with differential pressure transducer. When the filter is blocked and difference between the front and rear pressure exceeds the setting value, it will automatically give the alarm to hint for maintenance or replacement
7. High-quality pressure controller and solenoid valve
When the pressure reaches up to the upper limit, the circuit of pressure controller will be automatically cut off; When the pressure is reduced to the lower limit, the electric arc will be automatically closed
Make on-off of point to point become on-off of air circuit through the solenoid valve
The product has high accuracy, reliability and long-term stability
8. It can be optionally equipped with frequency conversion control system
